Response and resolution targets are defined in the SLA. Cloud and monitoring tool costs, and development of new features are quoted separately; broader coverage is split into workstreams.
How we take on a project, request a deposit, and handle payment throughout the engagement.
Project intake
After receiving your details from the contact form, we schedule a conversation to understand your goals and scope, then send a proposal with pricing before signing a contract.
Deposit
Work begins once a deposit is paid, at a rate agreed in the contract — typically 30–50% of the project value depending on scale.
Milestone payments
For projects delivered in multiple phases, payment is split across completed milestones rather than collected all at the end.
Final payment & handover
The remaining balance is settled before the full source code and project documentation are handed over.
